DEMOLITION OF LIBERIAN CAMP, BUDUBURAM: DCE SERVES EVICTION NOTICE

The Gomoa East District Assembly has given residents of Liberian Camp, Buduburam up to Thursday 30th September 2021 to vacate from the area.

The refugee camp at Buduburam which is well known as Liberian Camp has been proposed for developmental projects like the construction of schools, hospitals markets, and community centers by the Chiefs of Gomoa. The Gomoa Chiefs indicated that the construction of these projects will benefit the community because crime rates at the location are unpardonable and tarnishing their names.
